  • You represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of the device you are selling.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information about the device, including its make, model, condition, and any defects.
  • You agree to ship the device to us in accordance with our instructions.
  • We reserve the right to reject any device that does not meet our quality standards or is not in the condition described by you.

  1. Payment

  • We will pay you the agreed-upon price for your device within 72 hours of receiving it.
  • Payment will be made via PayPal, Visa Card, or personal check.
  • You are responsible for any fees associated with your chosen payment method.

  1. Returns and Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with the price we offer for your device, you may request to have it returned to you.
  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the device.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns for devices that have been damaged or tampered with.

  1. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Moon Shadow Designer and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.  

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ON THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.  
  • Moon Shadow Designer DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  • IN NO EVENT SHALL Moon Shadow Designer BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF Moon Shadow Designer HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR THE SERVICES PROVIDED ON THE SITE.
