1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date, only if there is a defect in the order.
  • Change of mind returns will not be entertained.
  • Items must be in their original condition, and with all accessories provided earlier.
  • Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear and tear.

2. Return Process

  • Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team to initiate a return.
  • Obtain a Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions for returning the item.
  • Package the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Ship the Item: Send the item to the return address provided with your RA#. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exceptions

  • Items that are marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • We will provide you with instructions for returning the item and will process a full refund or replacement.  

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
